Nicholas Janni
Transformational Leadership Expert
Nicholas Janni has been working with CEOs and senior teams globally for over twenty-five years, and teaches at two of the world’s leading business schools, pioneering a new vision and practice of leadership. He bridges the worlds of creative, personal, spiritual and professional development in a uniquely powerful, relevant and accessible way.

His book Leader as Healer – A New Paradigm for 21st Century Leadership was published to wide acclaim in 2022 and won Business Book of the Year at the Business Book Awards 2023.
Since an awakening at the age of 16, Nicholas has devoted his life to the development of human potential and has studied and practiced many different forms of personal and spiritual development.

Shani Lehrer
Strategic Consultant
Shani Lehrer, Founder of Sound Sanctum is the pioneer of the Inner Geopolitics Method, strategist, and creator of the Evolving Diary and the forthcoming book Inner Geopolitics. She works with world leaders, creators and change-makers on inside-out transformation through activating what she calls their 360° Intelligence – helping them build the inner infrastructure needed for outer impact.

Her work weaves science-informed contemplative and theological practices, deep inner work and practical mind management methods, so that people can move from survival patterns into a life that thrives – and ripple that into their teams, organisations and communities.
